Athletic Training

GCA offers strength and conditioning across all sports through a competitive summer program. Each young man or woman is pushed, encouraged, and developed in the presence of our excellent coaching staff. GCA's weight room is located off of the gym and is complete with bumper plates, eight racks, leg press/hack squat machine, kettle bells, treadmill, elliptical and two sets of dumbbells. Our Athletic trainer, Jessica Hester, also has her office and rehab station in the weight room.
