Bio

Brad has been in private education for over twenty years and has served in various teaching, administrative, and coaching roles during that time.  Over that period of time Brad was instrumental in developing relationships and raising funds for one of the best athletic complexes in the state.  Brad loves the Lord and is a person who leads through service and mission work.  He has been to the Dominican Republic nine times with students, players, and former players with “Missions for Christ.”

Brad is also an accomplished coach.  He led the Battle Ground Academy baseball team to over 400 wins the past twenty-one seasons, including the DII-AA title in 2012 and played for the state title in 2014.

Coach Myers is married to Penny, who teaches MS at GCA, and has three daughters, Mary Bradley, Marxie, and Brooke. Mary Bradley and Marxie are GCA graduates and Brooke currently attends GCA.  

Brad’s favorite Bible verse is Galatians 6:7 which says, “Be not deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, he shall also reap.”
