FACTS Family
What is the FACTS Family Portal?
FACTS Family is our school-wide online private portal that brings the parent and the school together in one unified system allowing parents to access student grades, attendance, lunch ordering, payment processing, and other school information in one convenient place. Parents access information on FACTS Family through ParentsWeb. Parents can access ParentsWeb for free using a desktop browser or through ParentsWeb Mobile.
How do I sign up?
Parents or guardians of enrolled students may click HERE to create a FACTS Family/ParentsWeb account. Enter your email address on file with the school (we use parent emails that were provided during the admissions process). You will receive a secure link via email to complete your account setup.
What is our District Code?
The District Code for GCA is GRA-TN.
Does FACTS Family/ParentsWeb have an app?
Yes. For parents who want the additional convenience of an app, FACTS Family offers the option to purchase a subscription to the app.
The FACTS Family Home App is available for both Android and iPhone Users, and provides parents and students always-logged-in instant access to ParentsWeb information. The FACTS Family Home App also provides access to your family's FACTS payment processing information such as online payments for lunch orders, miscellaneous charges, and tuition fees.

FACTS Family is offered by the App Store as an In-App Subscription. That means a parent or student installs the App for free, and then purchases an annual subscription to the App the first time they access it. That single annual subscription of $4.00 per household then covers every device used by every member of the family as recorded in FACTS Family. Families will be offered the opportunity to renew their subscription prior to its expiration at the end of 12 months.
