Admissions Process


Application Process

  • Completed Application for Admissions (1 per child)
  • Non-refundable application fee of $50.
  • Parent Pastoral Reference Form (1 submitted per family as this is a parent reference)
  • Teacher Reference Form (K-4th)
    • Kindergarten applicants submit this form if they have attended Preschool or MDO
  • Copy of Birth Certificate with the State Seal (Hospital/Mother’s Copy is not acceptable)
  • Immunization Record or Religious Exemption Affidavit
  • Copy of last year’s FINAL report card, plus CURRENT year’s 1st semester grades
  • Copy of most recent standardized achievement test scores, if applicable 
  • Admissions Testing (K-4th)
  • Parent Interview with Headmaster and GCA Board Member (All Applicants)
    • The admissions committee will review all candidates for admission.  Applicants will be notified of the decision of the admissions committee by email, phone or mail as soon as a decision has been made regarding acceptance.  

GCA Enrollment

Families will receive an acceptance letter via email from the admissions staff.  Parents will have 1 week to enroll through Renweb and create an account with FACTS.  Once this process is completed your child will be an official GCA student.

The mission of Grace Christian Academy is to assist Christian families in the teaching of their children by providing them an experiential education that is distinctively Christian, biblically saturated, Christ glorifying, academically excellent and service and mission oriented.  We exist to help parents cultivate the legacy of Christ’s hope in each student and to prepare them to spread that hope along every avenue God provides.
