Admissions Timeline

Applications for the 2026-2027 school year will be available on November 13, 2026, on the website. 

Once you’ve submitted the Application and Application Fee, we will contact you to schedule your child’s Shadow Day (rising 1st-12th grade students), followed by Student Interviews (rising 6th-12th grade students). Families applying for Pre-K and Kindergarten will be contacted to schedule morning visits and Kindergarten testing.  Rising 1st-grade students will complete admissions testing on their scheduled shadow day. Testing is required of all students except Pre-K and will be held in the months of January and February 2026. 

Monday, December 1, 2025: First day to submit application and application fee ($50 per child). 

Saturday, January 24, 2026: ISEE Admissions Testing (rising 5th- rising 12th grades)

Monday, January 26, 2026: ISEE Admissions Testing (rising 2nd- 4th grades)

Friday, January 30, 2026: Deadline for first round of applicants. 

The completed application and the $50 application fee per child must be submitted by this deadline to be considered within the first round of applicants. 

Friday, February 6, 2026: Deadline for all supplemental components (confidential reference forms, academic records, student’s handwritten letter (rising 5th-12th grades), birth certificates, immunization records (or religious exemption affidavit).

Saturday, February 7, 2026: ISEE Admissions Testing (rising 5th - rising 12th grades)

Monday, February 9, 2026: ISEE Admissions Testing (rising 2nd- rising 4th grades)

Applicants will register and attend one test date of their choosing. ISEE also provides an at-home test option.

Parent Interviews are not guaranteed as part of the admissions process.  Parent interviews will be scheduled when the admissions checklist is complete, the student and family qualify for admission, and there is available space.

Monday, March 2, 2026: For Current Families Only: Last day to submit a written request for withdrawal from re-enrollment contract.  Families who withdraw after March 2, 2026, will be responsible for full tuition unless tuition insurance was purchased.

2nd Round Submission of Applications

Pre K-12th-grade students who submit applications after January 30, 2026, or whose applications are incomplete after February 6, 2026, will be placed in the second pool of applicants and considered on a space-available basis.
