After Care
The mission of the after school care program is to partner with our families to provide a quality Christ-centered, Biblically-directed after school program.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE:
GCA provides a safe, secure and pleasant after school environment for Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School students (PreK- 8th) at the lower campus (Entrance 7). Age appropriate activities including music, art, play, and study time will be provided.
After Care will be provided by reservation only, so we can adequately staff and prepare each day. Please make your reservation at [email protected] or by calling (615) 591-3017 as soon as possible, or by 12:00 PM the day before.
- After Care begins at 3:00 PM.
- All students must be picked up by 5:30 PM.
After Care will not be available on school holidays, 1⁄2 days, or days when school is dismissed early due to inclement weather.
DAILY FEES
The fee for After Care is $6 per child, per day. After Care ends promptly at 5:30 PM. Beginning at 5:31 PM, we will assess an additional fee of $1 per minute, per child, which will be billed through your FACTS account and paid directly to our After Care Director for her additional time. All After Care fees will be billed to your FACTS account.
