BIO

Stephen Riggs is a native Texan and graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1995.  When his job brought him to Tennessee in 1999, he fell in love with the area, and soon after arriving, he met Haley, who became his wife. Together, they have a daughter, Anna Claire, who graduated from GCA in 2022.

 

After a career in sales, Stephen opted to “retire” into a second career with GCA, the school where his wife and daughter had both been a part of for many years. Stephen enjoys music and is a skilled drummer and guitarist. He also enjoys playing the piano and any other instrument that sounds good!  He is an avid fisherman and has enjoyed learning about the lakes of Tennessee.
