Sylvie Keck has lived in Nashville her whole life and graduated from Christ Presbyterian

Academy, where her parents were both teachers. She went on to play soccer for four years at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned her degree in Secondary English Education. Sylvie is thankful to be back in Nashville and getting to teach 8th-grade English.

 

From an early age, she knew she wanted to be a teacher, and her greatest goal is to instill in her students an unwavering confidence grounded in God’s truth. She also helps coach middle and high school girls’ soccer, where she loves getting to speak life into female athletes about their identity in Christ. One of the verses she holds close to her heart is Psalm 34:8: “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed are those who take refuge in him.”
