Tricia Holmes grew up in Orange, California. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a bachelor's degree in liberal studies.

Prior to joining GCA, Tricia brings decades of teaching experience, having taught English at Calvary Christian Academy, Rancho Christian School, and Orange Christian School. She and her husband have two grown children who were both swimmers at Biola University. Married to a career naval aviator, Tricia has lived in six states over her husband’s 27-year career in the Navy. She is incredibly excited to call Tennessee her forever home! She is a self-described “indoorsy” person and loves watching the snowfall while sitting near the fireplace with a good book, as well as spending as much time as possible with family.
