Lindsay Nickell was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and received her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies K-6. She taught 1st grade at Oak View Elementary and Pre-K and 3s at Mother's Day Out programs and was a substitute teacher at Bethesda Elementary. She is married to her husband, Grant, and they have three children, Jack, Rhett, and Lucy Mae, who all attend GCA. When they are not at school and work, they enjoy family time by going to church, watersports at Center Hill Lake, baseball, and dance.

Lindsay feels extremely blessed to start this new chapter in her life and is so excited to see what the Lord will bring in this new season. She is thrilled to connect with everyone in the GCA community and praying for blessings upon blessings for the faculty, staff, parents, and students for the new school year.
