Mr. Trey Sheneman graduated from Liberty University (B.S. in religion) and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A.R. in Christian Leadership). He and his wife have two children: a son, Bear, who is homeschooled, and a daughter, Hartley, in 5th grade at GCA.
Mr. Sheneman served as Head of the Bible Department at Community Christian School in Stockbridge, GA, from 2006 to 2010 before transitioning into the business world. There, he spent 17 years as a growth executive inside organizations including Ramsey Solutions, GrowthDay, and The John Maxwell Company, helping scale businesses from startup to nine figures. He founded Herald Co., a revenue growth advisory firm, and created the COMPASS Method, a revenue growth framework installed in over 50 companies. Mr. Sheneman also has over 10 years of coaching experience in youth athletics. His passion is helping the next generation of leaders understand how to build businesses and lives that serve others well and stand the test of time.
