Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Lipscomb University and later continued her education in Theater Arts at Santa Barbara City College. Prior to joining Grace Christian Academy, she served as an Executive Assistant at Southall Church, where she also had the privilege of leading and serving in both marriage and parenting ministries.

She and her husband, Kevin, have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. Their oldest, Perry, attends Samford University, and their youngest, Hadley, is currently a GCA high school student.

One of her greatest passions is studying God's Word and participating in Bible studies that deepen her understanding of His character, faithfulness, and love. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the GCA team and look forward to serving the students, families, and staff of this incredible community.
