Bio

Brad's dedication to private education spans an impressive 30 years, 20 years at Battle Ground Academy and 10 here at Grace, during which he has held various teaching, administrative, and coaching roles. His commitment to Grace Christian Academy is evident in his instrumental role in developing relationships and raising funds for the GRACE FAMILY LEGACY Campaign. Brad's love for the Lord guides his life, leading him to serve and engage in mission work. His passion has taken him to the Dominican Republic numerous times, accompanied by students, players, and former players through SCORE International.


Brad's coaching prowess is a testament to his leadership skills. With over 600 wins as a Head Coach, he has led teams to Multiple Region and State appearances over the past 30 seasons, including the DII-AA title in 2012 and state title appearances in 1998 and 2006. At Grace, his leadership has brought the Baseball teams to 6 District Championships, 3 Region Championships, and 4 State Tournament Appearances. His coaching excellence is recognized in his membership in 3 Hall of Fames: Hamilton High School, Battle Ground Academy, and The Tennessee Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame.  


Coach Myers is married to Penny, who teaches MS at GCA. They have three daughters: Mary Bradley, Marxie, and Brooke. Mary Bradley and Marxie are GCA graduates, and Brooke currently attends GCA.  


Brad’s favorite Bible verse is Galatians 6:7 which says, “Be not deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, he shall also reap.”
