After Care

The mission of the after school care program is to partner with our families to provide a quality Christ-centered, Biblically-directed after school program.

 

We will now offer a monthly flat discounted rate of $175 a month per child or $300 family rate for more than one child. This guarantees a spot for your child/children Monday-Friday from 3:00 - 5:30 PM. You must reserve this option at the beginning of the month. You will be charged the full fee even if your child misses a day of aftercare that month.

● We will adjust monthly fees in shortened months of school.
● Our daily rate is $12 a day per child if reserved ahead of time and $15 a day if reserved the day of. If your student is not picked up by 3:05 PM, they will be sent to aftercare and be charged $15.
● If you do not cancel your reservation for aftercare by 12:00 PM, you will be charged the fee for that day.
● We ask that you please pick up your child NO LATER than 5:30 PM each day. There will be a $2 fee for every minute late. Thank you for respecting our worker’s time.
● Pre-K students can only attend aftercare on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
● Students must be at school to attend aftercare that day.
