After Care

The mission of the after school care program is to partner with our families to provide a quality Christ-centered, Biblically-directed after school program.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE:
 
GCA provides a safe, secure, and pleasant after school environment for Elementary students (PreK- 4th) at the lower campus (Entrance 7). Age-appropriate activities including music, art, play, and study time will be provided.
 
After Care will be provided by reservation only, so we can adequately staff and prepare each day. Please make your reservation at [email protected] or by calling (615) 591-3017 as soon as possible, or by 12:00 PM the day before.
 
  • After Care begins at 3:00 PM.
  • All students must be picked up by 5:30 PM.
After Care will not be available on school holidays, 1⁄2 days, or days when school is dismissed early due to inclement weather.
 
FEES:
 

  • We will now offer a monthly flat discounted rate of $175 a month per child or $300 family rate for more than one child.  This guarantees a spot for your child/children Monday-Friday.  You must reserve this option at the beginning of the month.  You will be charged regardless if your child stays in aftercare or not.

  • We will adjust monthly fees in shortened months of school.

  • Our daily rate is now $12 a day per child if reserved ahead of time and $15 a day if reserved the day of.  

  • If you do not cancel your reservation for aftercare by 12:00pm, you will be charged regardless.

  • Pre-K students can only attend aftercare Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

  • Students must be present at school to attend aftercare.

  • We will not be offering aftercare to 5th grade and above.  If your family is in a situation where you need childcare, please contact Brooke Elrod at [email protected]. 


In addition, we will be providing one snack and water for students attending aftercare for no additional charge.
