Elementary School Fine Arts Clubs

After-School Opportunities (Spring 2026)
 

This spring semester, the Fine Arts department will offer Art Club, Dance Club, and Praise Band. These opportunities are a great way for your child to experience different Fine Arts outside the classroom. Students can participate in all age-appropriate clubs, which meet on different days or weeks.   

Listed below are all the opportunities available for your student to participate in. These are the sign-ups for the spring semester. 

Fine Arts Elementary Spring After-School Opportunities: 

FINE ARTS CLUBS 

DANCE  (Updated for Spring Semester)

Fee: $150 (+$75 Costume/Performance Fee)  

  • 1st/2nd Grade - Tuesdays 3:00 - 4:00 PM

  • 3rd/4th Grade -  Thursdays 3:00 - 4:00 PM

Dance starts the week of January 12th

Art Club

Art Club students will explore the Elements and Principles of Art and a variety of art techniques. It’s a great way to enjoy art projects in a fun and relaxed environment! 

Instructor: Jenny Griffith 

Fee: $85

When: Monday

Time: 3:00 - 4:00 PM

(Art Club meets every other week.)

3rd & 4th Praise & Worship BAND

The purpose of the GCA Praise & Worship Club is to give elementary students the opportunity to praise and worship Jesus Christ through instrumentation. Each week, we will dive into the lyrics of student-choice worship songs and explore each student’s artistic expression through music.  

Instructor: Mandi Thompson & High School Worship Leaders

Fee: $85

When: 4 Mondays plus morning rehearsal for leading chapel on May 18th.

Time: 3:00-4:00 PM
