ELEMENTARY

Aftercare Coordinator | Part-Time

Grace Christian Academy is seeking a warm, friendly, and confident Aftercare Coordinator to care for approximately 25 students in Pre-K through 4th grade in a supportive and fun environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a heart for children who enjoys guiding and encouraging them after school.

Position Details

  • Hours: 2:30–5:30 p.m. during the school year (flexible days available)
  • Compensation: $22 per hour
  • Support: A high school helper will assist with activities, snacks, and supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Childcare experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • A love for working with children and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere

HIGH SCHOOL

High School Government Teacher | Part-Time

Grace Christian Academy is seeking a part-time High School Government Teacher beginning January 2027.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Teaching Load: Four Government classes
  • Work Days: Flexible based on candidate availability and the school schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Government, History, Social Studies Education, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to integrate a biblical worldview into instruction
  • Commitment to the mission of Christian education and the spiritual and academic growth of students
  • Teaching experience preferred but not required

Grace Christian Academy is seeking substitute teachers to join our team. We are looking for dependable individuals who can step into the classroom, maintain a positive learning environment, and support students across a variety of grade levels.

Grade Levels Available

  • Pre-K
  • Elementary (K–4)
  • Middle School (5–8)
  • High School (9–12)
  • Aftercare (2:30–5:30 p.m.)

Middle School Head Track Coach | Part-Time

Grace Christian Academy is seeking a Middle School Head Track Coach to lead our Track & Field program. This coach will develop student-athletes in skill, character, and teamwork while fostering a positive, Christ-centered team culture.

Position Details

  • Season: Spring
  • Lead all aspects of the Middle School Track & Field program
  • Plan and conduct practices
  • Coach athletes during meets
  • Mentor and encourage student-athletes both on and off the track

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous coaching or competitive track & field experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to teach fundamentals while encouraging athletic and spiritual growth
  • Commitment to the mission of Christian education

Grace Christian Academy is seeking a High School Boys Sprint & Jumps Coach to join our Track & Field coaching staff. This coach will help develop athletes in the sprint and jumping events while promoting excellence, teamwork, and Christ-centered character.

Position Details

  • Season: Spring
  • Coach boys’ sprint and jumping events
  • Assist with practices, meets, and overall program development
  • Support the Head Track Coach in building a successful program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous coaching or competitive track & field experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sprint and jumping event techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to the mission of Christian education and developing student-athletes in character and faith

EMPLOYMENT & CERTIFICATION INFORMATION

Candidates must hold either ACSI certification or a valid state teaching license. Those who do not yet meet these requirements must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and be willing to work toward certification within a specified timeframe.
