Employment & Certification Information

Candidates must hold either an ACSI certification or a valid Tennessee teaching license. Candidates who do not yet meet these requirements must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Grace Christian Academy offers a job-embedded hiring pathway, allowing qualified candidates to begin teaching immediately while completing credential requirements.

Educators may choose to pursue either a Tennessee State teaching license or ACSI certification, which emphasizes biblical philosophy and is specific to Christian education. The school provides ongoing support and mentorship throughout the process.
