ELEMENTARY

Aftercare Coordinator | Part-Time

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and confident Aftercare Coordinator to care for approximately 25 students in Pre-K through 4th grade in a supportive and fun environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a heart for children who enjoys guiding and encouraging them after school.

Position Details

  • Hours: 2:30–5:30 p.m. during the school year (flexible days available)
  • Compensation: $22 per hour
  • Support: A high school helper will assist with activities, snacks, and supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Childcare experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • A love for working with children and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere

HIGH SCHOOL

High School Government Teacher | Part-Time

Grace Christian Academy is seeking a part-time High School Government Teacher beginning January 2027.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Teaching Load: Four Government classes
  • Work Days: Flexible based on candidate availability and the school schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Government, History, Social Studies Education, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to integrate a biblical worldview into instruction
  • Commitment to the mission of Christian education and the spiritual and academic growth of students
  • Teaching experience preferred but not required

High School Computer Science Teacher | Full-Time

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to equip high school students with essential digital and problem-solving skills while encouraging wisdom, creativity, and integrity in the use of technology.

This role may include teaching courses such as introductory programming, computer science, and digital literacy. The ideal candidate enjoys making complex concepts approachable and helping students think critically, solve problems, and create with technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience teaching or working with high school students (classroom, coaching, mentoring, or training)
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar (helpful but not required)
  • Ability to integrate technology skills with problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Clear Christian testimony and desire to disciple and mentor students

ATHLETICS

Middle School Tennis Coach | Seasonal

Grace Christian Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Middle School Tennis Coach for the upcoming fall season. The season runs from the beginning of the school year through Fall Break.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor middle school student-athletes
  • Teach tennis fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character
  • Lead practices and coach matches
  • Foster a positive, Christ-centered team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tennis playing and/or coaching experience preferred
  • Ability to encourage and develop middle school athletes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Grace Christian Academy
