Pre-K Program
2026-2027 School Year
The purpose of the Pre-K program is to offer our families a nurturing, caring, and safe educational environment that is distinctively Christian. The program consists of important foundational, biblical truths, and introductory academic activities that fully prepare the child to be successful in Kindergarten. The program also teaches fun and experiential learning activities that challenge them to be lifetime learners.
Requirement
To be eligible for enrollment, children must turn four (4) years old by August 15, 2026, and must be fully potty trained when they begin school. The maximum age of children entering Pre-K is five (5) years of age as of August 15, 2026.
Admissions Process
- Submit admission application by January 30, 2026.
- Submit the application fee of $50 with the application.
- Submit the CONFIDENTIAL Teacher Reference Form if the child attends Preschool or a Mother’s Day Out program
- Provide CONFIDENTIAL Parent Pastoral Reference Form
- Attend the Pre-K Visit morning for prospective students
- Parent interview with GCA Board
- Submit a photocopy of the Birth Certificate with the State Seal
- Submit Immunization Record or Religious Exemption Affidavit
Program Details
- The Pre-K program meets on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week.
- The school day is 8:00am - 2:45pm. You may drop off as early as 7:30 am.
- Pre-K students are eligible to attend Aftercare. Please see the After School Care page for more details.
- We are not able to offer financial assistance to families where the Pre-K student is the only enrolled child at GCA.
GCA Enrollment
Upon completion of the admissions process, accepted families will receive an acceptance letter via email from the admissions staff with an enrollment contract. Applicants will be officially enrolled students when the signed contract is returned.
