Bio

Lindsey is excited to be entering her 10th year at GCA. She is originally from Grand Rapids, MI, but fled the cold winters and moved south for college. She first earned her degree in human development/elementary education (k-8) from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Shortly after, she went on to complete her master’s degree in clinical social work (with an emphasis in school social work) from the University of Tennessee. She is both a licensed master’s level social worker in the state of Tennessee.

Lindsey taught 3rd grade for the first 7 years that she was at GCA, then moved into a school counselor position in 2022. She finds this role to be a wonderful combination of her training and passions. She has such a deep love for education AND for supporting and nurturing the social, emotional, and spiritual health of children and adolescents.

Lindsey and her husband Craig (who serves as the Lead Pastor of Strategy at the Bridge Church in Spring Hill) have three children who are all students at GCA: Greyson, Selah, and Crew. When the kids aren’t busy participating in athletics or fine arts, they love to travel as a family.

"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever."  2 Peter 3:18
