Admissions Timeline

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be available on November 8th on the website.  

Once you’ve submitted the Application and Application Fee, we will contact you to schedule your child’s Shadow Day (rising 1st-12th grade students) followed by Student Interviews (rising 6th-12th grade students).  Families applying for Pre-K and Kindergarten will be contacted to schedule morning visits and Kindergarten testing. Testing is required of all students except Pre-K and will be held in February 2024.  

Monday, November 27, 2023:  First day to submit application and application fee.  

Wednesday, January 31, 2024:  Applications and Application Fee of $50 per child are due. 

Wednesday, February 7, 2024:  Deadline for all supplemental components (confidential Reference Forms, Academic Records, Student’s Handwritten Letter (rising 5th-12th), Birth Certificates, Immunization Records, or notarized religious exemption affidavit). 

Saturday, February 10, 2024: ISEE Admissions Testing (rising 1st-rising 12th grade), 8:30 am 

Saturday, February 24, 2024: ISEE Admissions Testing (rising 1st-rising 12th grade), 8:30 am

Applicants will be required to register and attend one Saturday test date of their choosing.

Parent Interviews are not guaranteed as a part of the admissions process.  Parent interviews will be scheduled when the admissions checklist is complete, the student and family qualify for admission and there is available space.

Friday, March 1, 2024:  For Current Families Only:  Last day to submit a written request for withdrawal from the re-enrollment contract.  Families who withdraw after March 1, 2024, will be responsible for full tuition unless tuition insurance is purchased.

2nd Round Submission of Applications

Pre-K- 12th students who submit applications after January 31, 2024, or whose application is incomplete after February 7, 2024, will be placed in the second pool of applicants and considered on a space available basis.
