BIO

Ashley was born and raised in Orange County, California and earned her Bachelors
degree at Concordia University. She then went on to earn her Early Childhood Special
Education teaching credential at California State University, Fullerton, and taught special
education Pre-K for 11 years in California before moving with her husband, 3 children
and their pup, Ginger, to Tennessee two years ago.

After taking those years off from teaching to be home with her family, she was ready to
get back into the classroom! She is beyond thrilled that the Lord opened the door at
GCA and also made a way for her children to join the GCA family as well. It’s such a
special place and they feel so blessed to be here!

In her free time, her favorite thing to do is watch her children do what they love! You can
frequently find her at travel baseball games, basketball games flag football games
with her boys, or at dance competitions with her daughter. She also loves going down to
Florida to spend time at the amusement parks and beach with her family!
