BIO

Alli studied at Lipscomb University and graduated with a BS in Mathematics Teaching in 2019. Beginning that fall, she taught math at Summit High School in Spring Hill, where she remained for five years. A Franklin native, Alli was a member of GCA's first graduating class (2016) along with her husband, Jon Schwieterman. She and Jon were high school sweethearts, who married in 2019. This year, they welcomed their first baby boy, Jack!

 

Alli's heart is to love her students well and demand their very best. Her highest calling is to cheer them on through successes/failures and watch them grow into reflections of Jesus Christ, and to do so while teaching her favorite subject is pure gold. It is God's providence that led her back to GCA, where her passion for teaching took shape in the form of a senior Capstone project. Alli is so excited to rejoin the GCA family and contribute to the community that blessed her and her family years ago. Go Lions!
