BIO

Dr. Becky Clark is overjoyed to join the GCA community! God called Becky to
the teaching profession at a very young age. Throughout her nearly 25 years
of educational service, Dr. Clark has served as a teacher, interventionist,
instructional coach, owner and operator of a fully licensed home daycare,
adjunct professor, and student teacher supervisor. Becky graduated with her
Bachelor of Science Degree (K-8 Teacher Licensure) from Liberty University.
She then went on to earn her Master of Education degree in Curriculum and
Instruction from the University of Virginia. In May 2016, she graduated with
her Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Leadership Studies from the
University of Lynchburg.  In June of that same year, the Lord led the Clark
family to Middle Tennessee. Most recently, Becky completed a Special
Education Certificate program from the University of TN Knoxville in 2023.

After serving as an Instructional Literacy Coach in the Williamson County
School District for six years, the Lord led Becky to GCA where she combines
her two greatest passions: working with students and teachers to improve
student learning outcomes. Dr. Clark has presented her research and
published her work in several educational outlets. Additionally, she serves on
the leadership team of the Williamson County Literacy Association (WCLA).

Becky holds a Professional Lifetime Elementary Educator certificate from the
Association of Christian Schools International, an active K-8 professional
postgraduate educator license from the state of VA, and an active TN
educator license with endorsements in Elementary K-6, Interventionist K-8,
Interventionist 6-12, and Special Education Comprehensive K-12.

Becky has been happily married to her husband, Paul, since 2005. God has
blessed them with three children, Lincoln, Micah, and Noel, who also attend
GCA. The Clark family is incredibly thankful to be a part of such a Christ-
honoring, biblically focused, and academically excellent school community.
