Bio

Kristi VanDrunen is the Communications Director and Spirit Store Manager at GCA.  Before moving to TN from the Chicago area where she grew up, Kristi previously was the office manager for a Christian school in NW Indiana. Kristi and her husband, Curtis, who also works for GCA, have two grown daughters. Their oldest daughter lives nearby and their youngest daughter is a recent graduate of GCA and hairstylist in Nashville. Kristi was drawn to GCA because she knows the teachers and staff care about the student’s hearts, character, and academics. 

Kristi enjoys serving and being connected at church. At her previous church, she served both on the Marriage Mentoring Ministry and the Christian Aid Team. She has enjoyed volunteering as a local committee member for MOPS and her church's Children’s Ministry.

One of her favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 41:10, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
